I’m assured @NetflixUK takes security very seriously yet my account has been hacked twice in the last month! How someone can change your email address on the account without you being notified is beyond me! Safe to say I’ve cancelled my membership until Netflix up their game!

@EE our internet has been down for 2 weeks now and is showing no signs of improvement. We pay extra for a 4G box because we don’t have fibre in our area. What is going on?

Twice I’ve been to @manairport and twice it has been horrendous! 2 hour queue to check in, waste of airport lounge and a final call to plane that isn’t even leaving on time. Pi**ed off is an understatement!

@Hobbycraft order placed on 30 November with no mention of postage delays at POS. Now 14 days post order and it has still not arrived let alone been dispatched. Your website says order before 17th December for Christmas deliveries by standard post, which you surely can’t fulfil?
