AAP national convenor Arvind Kejriwal appeared before the Delhi High Court via video conferencing before Justice Swarna Kanta Sharma. Solicitor General Tushar Mehta also joined the proceedings virtually. During the hearing, Kejriwal informed the court that he intends to place an additional affidavit on record, stating that it has already been filed with the registry but requires the court’s permission to be formally taken on record. Responding to the request, the Solicitor General noted that a similar plea had earlier been declined, but added that he had no objection and that the respondents would be filing their written submissions. Kejriwal, in turn, requested that a copy of the written submissions be shared with his side as well.
