@lisa_dfs53586 Despite sending numerous DMs & more phone calls I still have no delivery date. In fact now the delivery company have told me @DFS have cancelled my order but @DFS are denying this?! Have never dealt with a company with such awful customer service .. no one seems to have a clue!

Such appalling service from @DFS! Was contacted to 'arrange' a delivery day. When I said I could not make the day I was given they were rude & hung up. Despite numerous calls to DFS 3 weeks since this call I still have not been offered another delivery date!

17:22 London Liverpool Street to Southend Victoria will be terminated at Billericay. It will no longer call at Wickford, Rayleigh, Hockley, Rochford, Southend Airport, Prittlewell and Southend Victoria. This is due to a train fault.

@Pandora_UK Yodel have delivered my parcel to a neighbour despite me requesting them not to and giving a detailed safe place. This has happened before I will not get my parcel as door won't be answered. Please can you provide me with a refund or resend my parcel next day delivery

Still waiting for @houseoffraser to resolve this issue. This is 13 days now from my item not being delivered with no refund issued. Pretty much being ignored by customer service reps via DM @BBCWatchdog @resolvercouk really poor

Really poor customer service @houseoffraser, item was not delivered, live chat rep rude and very unprofessional and still waiting 8 days later for a reply. I would expect so much more from a reputable company like HOF. Extremely disappointed.

@houseoffraser still no refund and you appear to be fobbing off @mattE64320933 on DMs by repeating asking for details already provided. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 the contract is with you not Evri and the refund should have been issued 2 weeks ago.

I have dm @houseoffraser and @HouseofHelpers for further assistance and have asked to escalate this higher and to make an official complaint but no one replies. I thought I'd try live chat again but completely shutdown on there too. This is an awful service from HOF @BBCWatchdog

@HouseofHelpers @houseoffraser as you can see from my original tweet my boyfriend is already having a DM chat with one of your 'helpers' and is getting nowhere. He even had to join twitter in order to speak to someone as was impossible via your other customer 'service' channels.
