@India_Logitech @Logitech I had a conversation with the Live agent. But to no avail. The keys in the keyboard are typing something totally different that what its supposed to. Like Z types Z9, then I have to manually delete then 9 everytime. Keys "a" and "s" dont work randomly.

Hi @India_Logitech @Logitech, my MX Anywhere 3S worth ~₹7,000 has started missing clicks after only ~1.5 years of normal use. Phone support says India warranty is only 1 year and Logitech offers no paid repair.For a premium MX product, this is very disappointing.Please escalate.

A warranty process that leaves a customer without essential devices for days/weeks is a flawed policy. If one product in a combo fails, forcing customers to give up their ability to work is unacceptable. Customer support should not disrupt productivity. @Logitech
