@India_Logitech @Logitech I am not asking for anything unreasonable — I am requesting inspection, paid repair, paid replacement, or a goodwill resolution. A premium mouse becoming unusable in ~1.5 years with no repair option is not acceptable.

Hi @India_Logitech @Logitech, my MX Anywhere 3S worth ~₹7,000 has started missing clicks after only ~1.5 years of normal use. Phone support says India warranty is only 1 year and Logitech offers no paid repair.For a premium MX product, this is very disappointing.Please escalate.

Dear Ronnie, Economy isn't full of poor people. It's full of hard working people. I travel economy ALL the time. Some of the best international connections are economy flights. 5ft 9 so any seat is a good seat 🙂 Economy people deserve good service more than anyone.
