पिछले 1 महीने से low voltage परेशान हैं @cmohry जी, और @uhbvnpkl के निकम्मे कर्मचारी बिना ठीक किये कंप्लेंट बंद कर रहे हैं. बिजली के उपकरण खराब हो रहे हैं. रात में 170V तक बिजली आ रही है. ये हालात देखने के लिए तो @BJP4India को वोट नही दिया था जी. @anilvijminister

पिछले 1 हफ्ते से लगातार कंप्लेंट करने के बाद भी रोज रात में बिजली 180V आ रही है, जिससे बिजली के उपकरण खराब हो रहे हैं, बार बार कंप्लेंट करने के बाद भी समस्या का समाधान नही हो रहा. बहुत परेशानी झेलनी पड़ रही है. गली नं 12, शिव कॉलोनी सोनीपत. @cmohry @anilvijminister @uhbvnpkl

A warranty process that leaves a customer without essential devices for days/weeks is a flawed policy. If one product in a combo fails, forcing customers to give up their ability to work is unacceptable. Customer support should not disrupt productivity. @Logitech

@Logitech @Dell @India_Logitech 2nd option that was provided to me was a service center replacement, but the nearest service center is 70 Km away, and it'll cost me more to go there than buying a new keyboard and mouse. Such is the service center network. @Logitech @India_Logitech

@Logitech I have to either stop working or buy a new keyboard mouse, for the time that it'll take to replace my defective one that is under warranty. @Dell provides better support in this situation, where they replace the defective products at the time of pickup. @Logitech @India_Logitech
