पिछले 1 महीने से low voltage परेशान हैं @cmohry जी, और @uhbvnpkl के निकम्मे कर्मचारी बिना ठीक किये कंप्लेंट बंद कर रहे हैं. बिजली के उपकरण खराब हो रहे हैं. रात में 170V तक बिजली आ रही है. ये हालात देखने के लिए तो @BJP4India को वोट नही दिया था जी. @anilvijminister

A warranty process that leaves a customer without essential devices for days/weeks is a flawed policy. If one product in a combo fails, forcing customers to give up their ability to work is unacceptable. Customer support should not disrupt productivity. @Logitech

@Logitech@Dell@India_Logitech 2nd option that was provided to me was a service center replacement, but the nearest service center is 70 Km away, and it'll cost me more to go there than buying a new keyboard and mouse. Such is the service center network. @Logitech@India_Logitech
@Logitech I have to either stop working or buy a new keyboard mouse, for the time that it'll take to replace my defective one that is under warranty. @Dell provides better support in this situation, where they replace the defective products at the time of pickup. @Logitech@India_Logitech
