@shorty_no1 @LGUKCare Still the same story with @LGUK and @LGUKCare 5 years later. Over 2 weeks without a working machine when i have a baby in the house. Extended warranty seems pointless when I could have had this fixed within days if I didn’t have it 😠

@LGUKCare Anyone buying an #LG WASHING MACHINE might need a 5 yr warranty. Less than 2 years old and still waiting to see any kind of engineer after two and a half weeks! Ref number is CNU191203306802 if anyone from @LGUKCare can be bothered to get back to us!

Tell me @LGUK on what planet is it okay to discriminate against a consumer living on an island? A consumer who paid for a service & extended warranty; not to wait for 2 weeks for someone to get in contact with them to service a faulty washing machine when they have a baby at home

Right @bt_uk getting fed up with the dropping out & slow speeds of my #broadband. Trying to work from home being made exceedingly difficult by your poor speeds, connections and constant issues. Tests on "my account" tell me there are no issues - there clearly are. Sort it out!
