Instead of investing into real estate I gave $1M to college kids. All my friends thought I was stupid for it. "Why waste your money on something with no return?" But here's what you don't understand... I had dyslexia growing up. I flunked every english class K-12. (straight A’s in the rest but language classes were my nightmare) Community college was my only option because society said I wasn’t good enough. But while I was there. I realized my classmates weren’t dumb. Some of them were the most ambitious people I’d ever met to this day. Working full time jobs Showing up to class Sleeping in their car They weren’t fed from a silver spoon but they had chips on their shoulders. And in my opinion… These are the exact types of people who will run the world in 10 years. So if my $1M donation can turn an underdog into a Rottweiler. I’ll keep making that investment.
