@AmazonUK I have a £600 TV that has been 'signed for' by @Hermesparcels apparently by me but there is no one home. Is this a good attitude from your customer service? Surely this is fraud.

@beko We have a 9 month old @beko fridge freezer that has smoke coming out of it with an acrid burning smell. Your helpdesk won't send an engineer until the end of next week. It's not safe to leave plugged in. What are we supposed to do with all the frozen food?
