日本人の女性だったが、驚くと言うか呆れた。 再度連絡入れて今度は中国系男性だと思うが、言葉的に疎通しにくく結局、別の上席の日本人女性が出てやっと話が通じて、再度新たに同じ商品で注文作って欲しいと言うから終話後新たに同一注文作ろうとしたら今度は商品を注文出来なくされた。 Amazonヤバい

Amazonで4月頃に注文した商品がいつ迄経っても届かなくて5月後半にCSに連絡して、一旦キャンセルして同じ商品を再注文してくれって言うから指示通り行ったのに又延々と到着が延びるから本日再度連絡入れたら理由も言わず何も出来ないと電話をブチ切りよった。 CSでこんな奴生まれて初めて遭遇した。

Amazon からの荷物が、ずーっと届かず多分行方不明。 11までに届かなければメールから返品できます、とメールが届いたのに、いざ返品受付しようとすると、「できません」の表示になる。謎すぎる。しばらく届かない商品を受け取るの食品だし品質とか逆に怖いんだけども…

@AmazonHelp Thanks for your response, I've checked my email and there's nothing but the emails they've already sent to me and I've sent them proper ID verification exactly what they've asked me for multiple times now. I'm not sure what's the issue here

Amazon closed my account for “unusual” with no reason. I’ve tried contacting support for days but keep get a “snag” no help. I’ve sumb verification multiple times, yet my account is STILL closed. I have a $25 balance in the account. I don’t understand, and I’m really frustrated.

@SchmoopyWoopy @amazon I ordered a high end cordless vacuum from them and received a shipping box (not original packaging) of pieces and the vacuum had clearly been well used as it was full of dirt.

Hey @amazon If I order, and pay FULL PRICE for, a product like A CARBON MONOXIDE DETECTOR, I expect it to be new and UNOPENED. Not re-taped, with the battery already running, so I have no clue how long the damn thing will last, or even if it will work.
