@British_Airways Hi - we spent an hour on the phone earlier but no one at the call centre could help. My husband gave permission for me to speak for him and went through verification. He can do the same again. 🙂

@LNER In the midsts of tte current travel chaos, passenger confusion can be easily fixed with a 'how can I help?' but when staff are that aggressive, they immediately start an unpleasant dialogue. Neither of her two colleagues on the platform chose to intervene/assist/comment

@LNER I would love to recount the incident to someone in more detail as she was unwilling to guide me to a supervisor or tell me how to log a complaint, despite my asking very calmly. I understand staff are strained, but her behaviour was so unpleasant I had to write.

@LNER Hi - I'd like to complain about an incredibly rude LNER staff member called Katie (Scottish) who was stunningly rude to a collection of passengers on platform 2 in Newcastle just now. No one was being rude or challenging towards her, all were simply waiting to ask for help.
