@Carvana This is priceless! Went to pick up my new car at @Carvana today, and it absolutely REEKED of cigarette smoke. Customer "advocate" said it was not @Carvana's policy to disclose online that a car is a smoker. Carvana. Stinks.

@Carvana customer service "advocate" said it's not their policy to disclose online whether or not a car is a smoker. But I had to disclose that info about my trade in online! 2/

Extremely disappointed with @Carvana. Arranged to buy a car, and trade mine in. Went to pick it up this morning. Even before getting into the car I could smell the smoke from the previous owner. The car reeked of smoke. Called customer service .... 1/
