Okay smarter guy. Are you familiar with the big bang? The beginning of our universe that started 13.8 billion years ago? That’s when time began for us and thus why today happened. I find it curious that back before the discovery of the big bang, scientists like Darwin and Einstein believed the Universe was eternal. Had always existed, but the concept of a creator who existed before the universe is just too much to comprehend. Einstein couldn’t get his general theory of revolution to compute. The math just wasn’t coming out right. So he fudged a solution into the calculation called “the cosmological constant “ which allowed the universe to be eternal and not expanding. Edwin Hubble discovered that the universe indeed had a beginning. There’s a very famous photo of Einstein looking into the telescope at the Mount Wilson Observatory with Hubble behind him. That I posted below. Einstein went on to call his Cosmological Constant the biggest mistake in his life. By the way the big bang theory was confirmed when the cosmic background radiation signature predicted by it was discovered and confirmed in the late 20th century. Do you even know that the word “Universe” means “one sentence” which describes the moment God created it with his word? All modern physicists believe that time is just an illusion.
