@Ajaxjacksss How is it fusion ? Even a simple tiffins Bandi in Hyderabad has a the same recipe....spread the batter, add ghee, karam and the liquidy upma mixture and cook until crisp. There is no fusion in the ones Ive had. the taste is just different and very unique

Unpopular opinion, but the best dosas in India arent from Bangalore (no offence to Benne dosas but it is what is is 🤷🏼♀️)
Idli might still be up for debate, but Hyderabad wins this. Every single time !
That thin, crisp dosa, the ghee, that perfect caramelisation, the iconic upma topping… it just hits different.
