@MoneySavingExp Don't change your car within 1 month of renewal as you can't (always) amend your policy online with new details (generally FOC) so have to contact insurance co.
Happened to me with @lv in Feb. Stung with £15 fee because their online system wouldn't allow me to do update vehicle.

@mototingle @SwintonGroup had a multi car with @lv, they didn’t auto renew it. 3mths later I was doing car admin and realised. They said they’d sent 1 email telling me they weren’t renewing it (not found), but gave no reason for this action. They renewed straight away. Totally irresponsible! #LV

You take out insurance. They then threaten to cancel the policy after 14 days, then hit you for another £164 to keep the policy

@lv id rather pay an extra £43 to the next one down on the quote list than let you keep me on hold another minute longer. The fact you can not answer your phones is costing you business.

@lv Please advise those who have flights via Doha that are running, is it covered on your global travel insurance as Doha is a layover for an onward flight to Asia. Fcdo currently advising against all travel to doha but as this is a transit its not clear if we are covered or not

@lv @lv windscreen insurance is ridiculous, @Autoglass is the only approved supplier and currently earliest fitting date is in April! @NatWindscreens can fit in 3 days, but I have to pay £200 extra to use a non approved supplier. Completely unreasonable and a safety risk.
