I’m after some advice…we opened a new Watch Lab shop in St Albans a few weeks ago and it’s not doing as well as I’d hoped. In fact yesterday it took no money at all! We have added a simple sign in the window saying “watch repairs”, but do you have any other ideas?!

@LauraTattam It has always been policy to cut tickets in half for refund claims, this is also stated on the refund form. Tickets do not need to be cut in half for Delay Repay claims however. @GWRHelp Hi Ryan, travelling most days I acquire many tickets and I don't still have the ticket. GWR has never previously made this request and approved all my previous claims. It was a strike day so GWR's own records prove no trains were running on the route.
