I've got a good idea in regards to fixing 24 Sussex Drive. Sell Stornoway. Use the proceeds to fix the offical residence of the PM. Besides, what other country uses taxpayer dollars to house the loser of an election? It is a waste of money and high time this practice ended.

@KNugent4118 You call the opposition a loser but an opposition leader is an important part of government . Without that role you have one-party government considered an authoritarian regime (and sometimes a totalitarian one if the state tightly controls society). 2/

@RodKahx 3-4 months at $6500/mo. maintenance adds up to $22,750. Don’t forget though that he saved taxpayers $150,000 by refusing a severance pay. He also saved taxpayers the cost of moving him out and moving him back in.

Rebuilding 24 Sussex is a waste of tax payer money. Pierre Poilievre lived in taxpayer funded housing even after he lost his seat in a general election.

We went to my middle daughter’s grade 8 graduation last night. They didn’t play the national anthem but they made sure to give a one minute land acknowledgment. It’s long past time to end this virtue signaling nonsense.

@Ebrahimazizi33 Trump is incapable of following anyone’s rules except his own. He should have NEVER torn up the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA), but his malignant narcissist personality psychiatric disorder caused that.

The U.S. attacked Iran in the middle of negotiations once again. The failed U.S. President has shown he has no commitment to the principles of negotiation or a ceasefire. This reckless violation of the ceasefire will, as always, lead to retreat and regret on their part. The blame game does not work anymore.

@Cherniak Carney says he is bailing the failed business because they don’t want to sell at a loss, so how do you figure the government is purchasing for less than it cost to build?

I am no fan of bailing out failed businesses for their own sake, but if the government is able to purchase condominiums for less than they cost to build, are we sure that is a bad idea? Maybe it would be like buying stock in GM during the Great Recession, which saved jobs and led to government profit when the stocks were sold. I feel like there is more to this than it seems. #cdnpoli

@brianlilley How can Canada negotiate with morons? They have a history of not honouring deals. It is better to not have one than sign something locking Canada into a bad deal! Trump will be gone soon enough. Canada must play the long game!

Shockingly, Carney admits that in his call with Trump yesterday he didn't raise the issue of CUSMA. He also kind of shrugged off the idea of getting a deal. Wasn't that his big promise in the last election?

@bonniewegs @Jenniferl554563 A lot of gay people don’t want any part of it since all the letters of alphabet have included themselves .Being gay isn’t pretending you’re something you’re not, it’s attraction preference. Most of the new transgender, and pronoun groups are delusional.

@AndrewScheer Does Andy 🤡 appear childish complaining about the CBC here? What's his point? That CBC is publicly funded or that they didn't run Poilievre's 56 minute presser? Maybe Poilievre's presser was not offering anything of substance.

CBC refused to include a comment from Pierre Poilievre to balance their coverage of Carney’s press conference. Pierre spoke and took questions for 56 minutes. (Video below) The CBC included 0% of it. The CBC is the state broadcaster and only exists because Canadians are forced to pay for it through their taxes. The very least it can do is cover all sides of the issues.

24 Suxex is a historical land mark that was built even before confederation. It's a shame all former PM's let it get in such a state of disrepair. I know the optics, but it's time for everyone to grow up and get it fixed. Not just for Mark Carney, but future PM's as well.

They never teach us anything. Remember. HIStory doesn’t necessarily have to be true. What they want just has to be taught. Like the Bible. This was “gods word” yet we have deleted books removed texts separate versions. There’s only one creator. Who gave his only son (sun) the truth (sun) the light(sun) through which all life comes(no sun no life) 12 deciples 12 astrological signs.

This is why Canada is failing. It is filled with jealous, angry people who resent success. This insufferable low-life believes that @GadSaad should have to pay outrageous departure taxes -- even though he's compelled to leave for the safety of his family. When a country is populated with fools like this, it will never again be First World.

@mrdelivery1620 @JakeWSimons This back and forth started in the 70’s when Palestinians kicked out of Jordan fled to S.Lebanon and set up combat camps with PLO. They attacked Israel with air strikes from there. Hezbollah joined after. Lebanon doesn’t want them there. Palestinians always cry victim

@Bratt_world @icdedppl6 @netanyahu @ViralNewsNYC No. Palestinian refugees from the 70’s kicked out of Jordan for attempted coup. They and PLO took over S. Lebanon to set up combat camps and sent air strikes against Israel. Then Hezbollah came (proxy of Iran like Hamas) and they have attacked ever since
