I’m about to get married, and my fiancé knows I have an inheritance that was left to me by my grandparents. It’s in my name only, and I’ve been saving it for years. Now he’s saying that before we get married, I should put the entire inheritance into a joint account so we can “start fresh together,” or he doesn’t think we should go through with the wedding. I’m 33 already and this is something my family worked hard to leave me. I’m torn between wanting to build a life together and feeling like I’m being pressured to give up something important to me. Liberal are organizing a tax revolt, refusing to pay their taxes in 2026 to avoid funding Trump's policies. Frankly, I think a lot of conservatives are also fed up with so much fraud exposed in Minnesota and California (and likely everywhere). It is really annoying paying taxes knowing that it is all being looted in these scams.

Nevada families were already struggling to pay their bills in the failing Lombardo-Trump economy. Now, Trump's Iran War—supported by @JoeLombardoNV—has stolen $83 million from Nevadans in the form of sky-high gas costs. Enough already.

Donald Trump has spent the past year trying to gut critical services that help families afford the basics and get ahead – and now he’s out with an extreme budget proposal that would eliminate some of them altogether, including LIHEAP and Job Corps. Job Corps has given millions of young Americans the skills training they need to get good-paying jobs and contribute to our economy, and LIHEAP helps hardworking families lower their home energy costs, especially during extreme temperature changes like we experience in Nevada. Congress needs to reject these cruel cuts.
