@Skynet_T700 @SteveSaretsky Its partly the foreign tax fee for condo’s, which keeps increasing and stalling sales, partly the NDP’s ineptitude to not get more private investment into the province, thus lowering demand for condo’s and mandating more rentals, which is a must, but that money has dried up

I’m still trying to figure out how in 5 short years we went from “we need 40,000 immediate new homes” to “we can’t sell inventory & 120,000 people left the province”. All these high educated city planners, politicians & developers have proven they can’t plan a 1 wheelbarrow race across a golf kart path. 😡
