I get you point for you are focusing the blame to the wrong layer. I'm not a frequent user of @nextjs to have an opinion, but @nuxt_js does give you everything to write valid and accessible code. Nuxt UI and shadcn are also accessible and syntactically correct. There is even a module called nuxt hints to help you deliver better websites.

i understand that @nuxt_js , @nextjs , @shadcn are all useful for developers. That’s okay. But the HTML code they deliver is unacceptably messy. I call it the <div> soup!

@rumgewieselt @alvarosabu @nuxt_js @nextjs @shadcn Brother companies focus on results not performance. You are redditting too hard on yourself man. When the div count affects money generated then they'll care and if you can't understand that then you really dont understand anything about how businesses work

@theo @youyuxi I guess the agents file should be reworked to include only those caviats that allow the agents to understand the core ideas of vp. This is a very valid point and the agents file should be more strict

@youyuxi Serious question: can the agents distinguish between `vp dev` and `vp run dev` properly? On my one attempt with the migration, they struggled a bit here

One thing that I know some people will complain about, and @theo did in fact complained about, is how ‘vp dev’ is a built-in command rather than running the dev script like a package manager does. Fundamentally this is because vp is not a package manager or just a task runner - it’s a full toolchain. A package manager doesn’t have a built-in dev feature, but vp does. Running scripts is something vp can do, but you make the intention explicit via ‘vp run’ instead of expecting implicit fallback. I actually very much dislike the implicit script fallback behavior because it forces you to remember what built-in commands the runner has - for example, you can’t run a script named ‘deploy’ with ’pnpm deploy’ because… turns out pnpm has a built-in deploy command. With the large command surface vp has, implicit fallback is only going to be confusing than helpful.

Taking notes of what Theo says. We'll continue to improve Vite+ 🫡 youtube.com/watch?v=JKbVk6…

OSINT tools are getting scary. Someone built a script called "yesitsme" that can help identify Instagram accounts using only partial information. Just a name plus: • part of an email • last digits of a phone number How it works: • searches indexed Instagram usernames by name • pulls obfuscated contact hints (email/phone fragments) • compares them with the input data • automatically ranks possible matches Results are grouped as: • HIGH → name + email + phone match • MEDIUM → partial overlap • LOW → weak correlation It uses an Instagram session cookie and public indexing sources to automate what investigators normally do manually. Built in Python and fully open source. Tools like this show how even small pieces of leaked data can expose online identities faster than people realize.

Performance Tip for @vuejs & @nuxt_js 🚀 Rendering 1000+ items? Use virtualization 👌 With it, only visible items are rendered which can be beneficial for performance of your app.

On the other end, Void aims to collapse the complexity of getting a full-stack app running in the cloud. Vite+ & Void combined will be the least-resistance path fo agents to build an app from 0 to production.

Antigravity, what are you guys doing? - I was waiting for today because the Claude model quota was supposed to reset so I could use it again. - But now its been extended by another 6 days… again. - I haven't been able to use Claude models for the past 2 weeks. At this point, it feels like we can't use them at all. - If this continues, its better to just remove Claude models entirely and now give Pro users an option for a refund on the remaining subscription. Right now, it just feels like a wasted subscription for those who paid specifically for Claude access.
