@optimum We’re ALL connected? ARE YOU SURE ABOUT THAT? We’ve been without WiFi, TV, etc since 8:30am, YOUR text said we’d be up by 1:27pm. It’s now 7:05pm and we’re STILL WITHOUT SERVICE! The same exact thing happened on April 17 when we were out of service for 15+ hours.

Watching the Yankee game on @gothamsports. I have to laugh at all the @optimum fiber commercials. I live walking distance to their HQ and no fiber years after they started advertising it. Still running in 40 year old technology. $1 stock price have anything to do with it?
