@KramFresche We use their home internet which we’ve had no issues with and we decided bundling our phone with them would make things easier. We were VERY wrong lol I’m sure our bill is a mess too so I’ll be dealing with that next. 🤦🏼‍♀️

UPDATE: they told me they don’t know what the issue is and they are just now putting in an “escalation ticket”. At least 8 other people told me they were putting in an “escalation ticket”. Apparently none was ever put in. @Verizon this is how you do business!?? Yikes.
