hey @VerizonSupport Why has it become increasingly difficult to get support. I have 11 lines with you and i am being charged extra for the past 3 months. I have tried reaching out multiple times. I have been switch over to different depts but the issues not resolved.

@Verizon your store on 157 86th st is absolutely terrible. Ordered a phone, order went through, went to pick it up, everybody is just hanging around and an employee on his phone sitting down says “what you need?” Then says “oh you ordered? Systems down.” Refuses to help me

@VerizonSupport Waste of time!!! I spent probably 2 HOURS on the phone with Verizon customer care attempting to get a copy of my original receipt and they couldn’t find one!!! And I bought the phone at my local Verizon store!!!
