@khmyznikov @bastecklein @pwabuilder We ran an Origin Trial for the Digital Goods API for a number of releases (Edge 115 - 124). We temporarily suspended the Origin Trial at the end of April. Do you have interest in using it, or were you just curious about its status?

@OneJaredNewman In your latest article, you said Chrome is the only browser that allows 3P developers to develop apps for it. Looks like you missed that Edge's sidebar supports those same extensions (blogs.windows.com/msedgedev/2023…), PWA's (learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsof…) and any website.

@CenturyLinkHelp I ended up taking the suggestion from CenturyLink phone tech support and went back to using @Xfinity. I grabbed my old cable modem from the garage and was back online in 20 min. The alternative was to wait indefinitely for the fiber cable to be repaired in my area.

Anyone have a contact at @CenturyLink? Internet service has been down for > week. Repair techs miss appointments and phone support dismisses my concerns. Ate through all my mobile hotspot data working from home while waiting for techs that never came. /cc: @CenturyLinkHelp

There's a PowerShell Gallery module published by Microsoft called PowerShellForGitHub. It's remarkably easy to use and works with private Enterprise installs as well.

@SwiftOnSecurity @markskruger @MSEdgeDev @SwiftOnSecurity - Can you confirm that the WebApps in the policy were not actually installed on older clients in this scenario? I'm seeing the WebApps installed, but the policy showing an error.

@MSEdgeDev You are adding schema to the WebAppInstallForceList for 90, but including it in current policies causes a syntax error and the entire policy to be rejected. We can't have these policies catastrophically fail on random machines because they're not backwards compat

@philstephenso19 2/2 Plus I've also taken it as a challenge at this point...to see if I can keep the module as pure PowerShell. The beauty of PowerShell is that I can still break into .NET code anytime that I need a specific method (which I do from time to time).

@philstephenso19 1/? Hard to get this covered in a Tweet, but I'll try. I already had the basic JSON-API plumbing written as a script-based module thanks to #StorBroker (github.com/microsoft/Stor…), which I repurposed here to save time. There's less code as a script module.

@QuackFu Your PowerShellForGitHub module is really well done. I've learned a ton about PowerShell just by reading the source - thank you! I'm interested in building a project very similar just for a different API. Could I ask for some advice?
