The spam calls are getting out of hand. Why is a number that caller ID claims is from Hill AFB calling and offering death benefits? There is no excuse for nearly 30 spam calls in one day. Xfinity is the communications system, and the AI is out of control. Stop, already. @GovCox

@Xfinity help? I scheduled my service to be canceled and it was the day after we moved out of state. Told I wouldn’t be charged, I was. Was told I’d be shipped a box to return the router. Never came. Now charged $200 but can’t talk to an agent bc my account is canceled. What?!

Idk what possessed me to turn my lights off with the remote this morning instead of using the app but thank god I did because @Xfinity has been out all day and if I wasn’t using the remote I would have to go around to each light and switch it off. Like they did in the 90s 😭
