ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ಇಲಾಖೆಯು ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ನಗರದ 'ನಮ್ಮ 112' ಸೇವೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಬಹುಭಾಷಾ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆಯನ್ನು ದೇಶದಲ್ಲೇ ಮೊಟ್ಟ ಮೊದಲ ಬಾರಿಗೆ ಜಾರಿಗೆ ತರಲಾಗಿದೆ. ದೇಶದ 10ಕ್ಕೂ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಭಾಷೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ 'ನಮ್ಮ 112' ಸೇವೆ ಒದಗಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಆರ್ಟಿಫಿಶಿಯಲ್ ಇಂಟಲಿಜೆನ್ಸ್ (AI) ತಂತ್ರಜ್ಞಾನ ಆಧರಿಸಿ ಕನ್ನಡ, ಹಿಂದಿ, ತಮಿಳು, ತೆಲುಗು, ಮಲೆಯಾಳಂ, ಮರಾಠಿ, ಅಸ್ಸಾಮಿ, ಬೆಂಗಾಲಿ, ಗುಜುರಾತಿ, ಓಡಿಯಾ, ಮಣಿಪುರಿ, ಕಾಶ್ಮೀರಿ ಮತ್ತು ನೇಪಾಳಿ ಭಾಷೆಗಳು ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ಸ್ಪ್ಯಾನಿಷ್, ಫ್ರೆಂಚ್ ಮತ್ತು ಅರೇಬಿಕ್ ಭಾಷೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಸೇವೆ ಸಿಗಲಿದೆ. ಯಾರಾದರೂ 112 ಗೆ ಕರೆ ಮಾಡಿದಾಗ, ಭಾಷಾ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆ ಇದ್ದಲ್ಲಿ, ಕರೆ ಸ್ವಯಂಚಾಲಿತವಾಗಿ ಕರೆ ಮಾಡುವವರಿಗೆ ಅನುಕೂಲಕರವಾದ ಭಾಷೆಗೆ ಅನುವಾದಗೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತದೆ. ಕೃತಕ ಬುದ್ಧಿಮತ್ತೆಯನ್ನು ಬಳಸಿಕೊಂಡು ಹತ್ತು ಭಾಷೆಗಳನ್ನು ಸಕ್ರಿಯಗೊಳಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ, ಉದ್ಯೋಗ, ಪ್ರವಾಸಕ್ಕೆ ವಿದೇಶದಿಂದ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿಗೆ ಬರುತ್ತಾರೆ‌. ತುರ್ತು ಸಂದರ್ಭಗಳಲ್ಲಿ 'ನಮ್ಮ 112'ಗೆ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ನೀಡಲು ಮತ್ತು ಪೊಲೀಸರನ್ನು ಸಂಪರ್ಕಿಸಲು ಭಾಷೆಯ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆ ಎದುರಾಗುತ್ತಿತ್ತು. ಈ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಯನ್ನು ನಿವಾರಿಸಿ, ಸುಧಾರಣೆ ತರುವ ನಿಟ್ಟಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಬಹುಭಾಷೆಯಲ್ಲಿ 'ನಮ್ಮ 112' ಸೇವೆ ಆರಂಭಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ತುರ್ತುಸೇವೆಗಳ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ಮಹತ್ವದ ಮೈಲಿಗಲ್ಲು ಸಾಧಿಸಲಾಗಿದ್ದು, ನಾಗರಿಕರು ಸ್ವ‌ ಇಚ್ಛೆಯ ಭಾಷೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸಂವಹನ ನಡೆಸಬಹುದು. @KarnatakaCops @DgpKarnataka @masaleemips @BlrCityPolice @CPBlr @KarnatakaVarthe @BCP_Namma_112 #karnataka #police #namma112 #Multilingaul #service
