I have a friend building me an automation system to handle my emails and DMs. Yesterday he was on OpenClaw. We just did a call and last night he switched everything to @NousResearch's Hermes after I told him what people on X were saying about it. Said it is way better. Works faster, has more skills built in by default, fixes its mistakes better. Is there any lockin anymore? Nope.

@MobofJoggers I had something similar. Reset DAS and fixed the problem

This was the weirdest red steering wheel FSD fail I've seen in a while! Starting from park, I pushed the button to start. FSD is shifted to reverse and wouldn't move put on the hazards and then gave me the red steering wheel.

Did an FSD drive tonight on v14.2.2.5… Very first version I’d rate a 9.9/10. Not a placebo, it was absolutely incredible in the new Y.

There's a lot of reasons. They want to make sure not to break working hardware with a software update right after delivery. Often times they have changes on the line where new part versions are being used, sometimes the release software branch doesn't have compatibility with the new revision yet. So they can't install the new version until another official point release. This happened to me on the early Y.

I have a buddy who had his new Model Y delivered 2 weeks ago. He is STILL stuck on v13 with no update available. And he bought it after seeing the magic of v14 on my Cybertruck. Anyone know why they'd hold the update? @aelluswamy

Picked up my Austin Model Y Premium AWD with purchased FSD on Jan 23, almost 3 weeks ago. I have strong WiFi, set software to advanced, rebooted several times, etc. I also have a 2024 M3 that has received the latest FSD 14.2.2.4. When I contacted service I was told that I had to wait and they couldn’t give me a timeline on when to expect the latest FSD 🤷‍♂️

@RawPhotons @wholemars took me about 4 weeks when I got mine a couple months ago, it just randomly popped up one day

New cars need to come with FSD 14! Not a great experience for first time owners. Wouldn’t want them to try out an outdated version and then decide not to subscribe.

So I took delivery of a new model y and it has v13.2.9 on it 😭 Wtf @Tesla_AI And I even took delivery at Giga Texas itself. @teslascope do you know when factory versions usually get updates? Curiously though my model y immediately got the early access option while that option disappeared from my model 3 ages ago and is still gone @wholemars @DirtyTesLa
