This isn't really a data center issue, it's eminent domain. Although due to data centers there are more infrastructure projects at the moment. They should be required the buy the entire property and it should be an independent appraiser. It should be enough to buy a similar property nearby, which might mean significantly more than the sales price.

Those who say “people need to get on board with data centers” need to watch this! This is happening all over the country and then you wonder WHY so many people oppose them? We do need data centers BUT not this way!

I'm an old G-Shock fan. The only time my watch came off is if the band broke or the battery died, and the later never happened 😅 My Garmin would last 10 days but I would just charge on Sundays and it never gave me problems. I can live with once a week, every night is not my thing.

I'm going to go back to a Garmin watch. I tried the Samsung watch for the last 2 months and one thing I really hate is charging more than once a week. The other is fully charging it, putting it on and finding out 2 hours later that it didn't auto-connect to my phone and is now at 75% 🙄

It also saved society from 2 huge insurance claims, first responders interventions and hospital emergency visits. FSD will save society hundreds of thousands $$. Needs to be in all cars.
