@CityofCT 13 days without power. My service request was logged 4 days ago, after the previous one had been mysteriously closed (??). It was escalated 3 days ago! No one has called or reached out in any way! My reference number is 9117740071. What on earth is going on??

@CityofCT Yes. I escalated it three days ago. It is very escalated. The most escalated. If someone could actually bother to come round and fix the broken cable, that'd be swell.

@CityofCT I have been without power for 12 days now. I call, and get a reference number, and a few days later, the case is closed. No one has been. No one has called? An electrician has confirmed that the issue is definitely at your end, not mine. What on earth is happening??
