Nothing infuriates an uninformed Congressional Dem more than when they realize they voluntarily triggered a debate with someone who actually knows what they are talking about, reads federal statute and adheres to Supreme Court precedent. Today’s self-implosion by @rosadelauro was quite remarkable to witness. Without apology or regret, I will always adhere to the best available reading of federal statute pursuant to the U.S. Supreme Court decision in Loper Bright.

Over the last ten years, I've lost count of how many times I've been threatened with violence or death by hateful, knuckle-dragging morons who've been directly encouraged by Donald Trump's continual dehumanizing, vile comments about Democrats, Liberals, and "woke" Leftists.
If the President wants to stop violence, he should grow up, get off social media, stop targeting anyone who disagrees with him, and try to pretend he's a decent adult who gives half a damn about anyone but himself.
Right now, he's the greatest source of violence on the planet, and anyone who isn't fully indoctrinated in his death cult knows this.

People like Kimmel shouldn’t have the opportunity to enter our homes each evening to spread hate. I’m happy to report after my weekly oversight visit at 26 Federal Plaza today that detainee numbers are down and there were no courthouse arrests.
This is an encouraging development. Let’s keep it that way.
Our immigrant neighbors who are simply following the rules and attending their routine check-ins and hearings should not have to live in fear.
I will continue to stand up to this administration and demand accountability.
