@Michael_Rapino @Ticket_Help2022 Millions of tickets for garbage tours that otherwise probably would have been canceled . Maybe focus more on the shows that have 500,000 people in queues where your fans can’t get tickets because juiced accounts get them all. Or are you still denying that?

It appears from the earnings call yesterday, nothing Live Nation wants to do will help with ticket affordability. The goal seems to be to strengthen their alleged monopoly, drive face value prices higher and limit what you can do with your tickets. The focus also is geared towards more fans who are willing to spend more money on premium stuff instead of focusing on cheaper prices. Trying to make the concert experience more inclusive. They also claim they want to improve transparency and have a confident buying process. However they continue to hide their intentions when they will add shows, fought against disclosing holdbacks and continue to push face values higher with more platinum pricing. ticketnews.com/2026/05/higher…

@DanWallLN You guys should be disappointed on a daily basis with how impossible it is for the average everyday fan to try to buy a ticket on your dog shit website that favors bots and people with accounts that are favored by your algorithm.

While we are disappointed by some aspects of today's decision, we are grateful that the district court dismissed all claims in the concert promotions and concert booking markets.  With those claims gone, we see no possible basis for breaking up Live Nation and Ticketmaster.  We look forward to addressing the remaining claims at trial.  The deficiencies we identified in the Government's monopoly power and conduct claims have not gone away, and we continue to believe that we will prevail in the end.
