General if you cannot help me transfer my tickets because all support says is to complete the Persona KYC. Is this what you call fair and transparent?

@saumil Still waiting on an answer as to why transfer is being blocked on states where laws restrict it and the only recourse being to provide government identification. This is a clear violation of the law and I will be filing a consumer frauds complaint report with the attorney

@Ticket_Help2022 @saumil @Ticketmaster I was under the impression that @saumil was all about transparency but these “fraud” blocks target entire accounts across every TM region and provide absolutely zero option for recourse. Would really like to hear how this benefits the end user is any way requiring brokers to use

Appreciate the engagement @saumil brings on here but have an issue with the selective transparency that isn’t building trust. If you want real transparency with @Ticketmaster fans, you can't ignore these 3 structural flaws: 1. The Queue: it has been directly said by the global president that the queue isn't random, contradicting public information where Ticketmaster has said otherwise. If the queue is not random, what is it? Device profiling? Purchase history? Transfer history? Fans deserve to know the rules of the algorithm determining their position, especially the ones that are constantly dead last in queue who have to waste valuable time and still not get tickets. 2. Predatory Partner Offers: The system allows "partners" to low-ball fans trying to unload unused tickets when they likely can no longer attend. Ticketmaster takes a fee, the ticket is bought way below market. Is the ticket flipped right back onto Ticketmaster as "Verified Resale" for a massive markup? Who profits on that spread? Why can only a set amount of people offer? Who are the partners that can even offer? 3. Missing Cart Timers: Dropping high-demand tickets without a cart lock creates a millisecond-level race condition. Humans cannot manually type faster than an automated API script. No cart timer means guaranteeing bots win the race to checkout. True transparency isn't just managing the PR narrative. It means addressing the mechanics that actively disadvantage fans. Fans deserve actual answers to this.

@saumil @Ticket_Help2022 @Ticketmaster Why are accounts being fully transfer restricted for “fraud” when they are perfectly fine? I have tickets in NYC that are transfer restricted which is against the law.

Thank you. First, I’m not “managing a PR narrative”. Fwiw, I consulted zero PR pros (internal or external) before just starting to tweet things. Still the same today. Second, all 3 are items on my future list. In my shoes, I have to balance my own (and your) desire for transparency with the natural risk of being half-cocked, imprecise and of being taken out of context. This has happened to me and is natural to the medium. Each of these topics have real nuance to them and throwing out a quickly written tweet may cause confusion, which I want to avoid. So I’m trying to figure out how best and to what extent to tackle these 3 topics. But they’re on my list. Third, I assure you all 3 topics have fan benefit in mind. You don’t have to believe it, that’s ok. We haven’t always gotten it perfectly right. But that’s the underlying intent. We do not work to disadvantage fans. I get the desire to say that or even feel that. But it isn’t true. Finally, I will never fully open source everything. One core reason is that bad actors read tweets too. This is why no other marketplace discloses their full playbook (show me one global marketplace or search engine that does, including the biggest) and I can’t be held to that standard. Not that you asked for that explicitly, just setting expectations.

Making sure Ticketmaster complies to all relevant state laws. This is not a good look in your antitrust case and you should see to fix this issue immediately.

@saumil Can you please advise on how restricting transfer on already purchased broker tickets will somehow help fans in the search to get a ticket? This is against many state laws and I along with many others will be seeking the state attorney generals assistance in

Always take care of your day 1s. Bought one of my best friends his first Rolex. We used to be roommates 15 years ago when I had nothing and been close friends ever since. Thanks as usual to the goat @watchking69 for super fast smooth delivery

It certainly didn’t pay to wait to see the biggest rising star in country music @ellalangleymsic. $600 🎟️ “Get In” for a limited view seat to see Ella Langley tonight in Estero Florida! Folks…the events people really want to go to the prices are higher than ever. Many of these events that the buying public are not passionate about are as cheap as ever or are being cancelled. ℹ️@SeatGeek

@Ticket_Help2022 And it’s definitely not Zach Luke or George selling for these prices so wonder who is taking the loss? @forcemm I thought scalpers only make profit on tickets? What would this look like in a closed resale market?

@forcemm @ScottFriedman3 @StubHub Stub does display trader names just not on the US domain as it’s not required here by law. If scalping isn’t a legit biz why does Ticketmaster allow it and also participate with platinum tickets that are “priced to market?”

@ticketlover716 @ScottFriedman3 @StubHub Why not let the fans see seller profiles like on litterally all legitimate marketplaces then they can rate and review them. It works on Doorsdash, Uber, Airbnb, Amazon ….but scalping isn’t a legit biz so it’s all hidden

CEO, Eric Baker needs to step down… Horror story from tonight at Final Four via @StubHub… “So here a guy shorted the final four of about 50 tickets and @StubHub screwed everyone with bs 🎟️ locations and didnt deliver until a hour before the game. They made empty promises and then took the easy way out and screwed everyone . The order called for middle three sections in row and they gave people outside the three sections” 🤦‍♂️

@ScottFriedman3 @forcemm @StubHub I go based on personal experience through years of buying and selling. If you are given seats that don’t match what you bought by section, direct mirror of that section, or same section better row, you can easily file dispute and win. I’m sure the buyers are getting their money.

@ScottFriedman3 @forcemm @StubHub Buyer goes to the game -> Buyer files report with stub -> gets refunded -> seller gets fined = free tickets for the buyer. This is an easy outcome for being given wrong seats that has played out many times before.

@forcemm @ScottFriedman3 @StubHub Any real broker would jump through hoops to ensure their orders get fulfilled and that’s a fact. Buyers can easily file reports with stub and the seller will be fined eventually.

@ScottFriedman3 @StubHub This is the problem with scalping, your selling for a business you’re not involved with. All this behavior clearly should be illegal. Proof you don’t compete with primary because they always fulfill their orders… you’ll never see any of this because you’re so desperate for a $

CASE UPDATE: MINNESOTA FRAUD SCHEME The FBI is aware of recent social media reports in Minnesota. However, even before the public conversation escalated online, the FBI had surged personnel and investigative resources to Minnesota to dismantle large-scale fraud schemes exploiting federal programs. Fraud that steals from taxpayers and robs vulnerable children will remain a top FBI priority in Minnesota and nationwide. To date, the FBI dismantled a $250 million fraud scheme that stole federal food aid meant for vulnerable children during COVID. The investigation exposed sham vendors, shell companies, and large-scale money laundering tied to the Feeding Our Future network. The case led to 78 indictments and 57 convictions. Defendants included Abdiwahab Ahmed Mohamud, Ahmed Ali, Hussein Farah, Abdullahe Nur Jesow, Asha Farhan Hassan, Ousman Camara, and Abdirashid Bixi Dool, each charged for roles ranging from wire fraud to money laundering and conspiracy. These criminals didn’t just engaged in historic fraud, but tried to subvert justice as well. Abdimajid Mohamed Nur and others were charged for attempting to bribe a juror with $120,000 in cash. Those responsible pleaded guilty and were sentenced, including a 10-year prison term and nearly $48 million in restitution in related cases. The FBI believes this is just the tip of a very large iceberg. We will continue to follow the money and protect children, and this investigation very much remains ongoing. Furthermore, many are also being referred to immigrations officials for possible further denaturalization and deportation proceedings where eligible.

Thank you all for watching and sharing, it’s important that this fraud is exposed. I tried my best to just show the facts and make it transparent for everyone to see. I've been getting thousands of messages from people who want to support my work, the most important thing is to follow me here on X and on youtube! For those that would like to support financially you can become a member on youtube ($5 a month) or I accept donations via venmo/cashapp @ Nickshirley21 The fraud exposing will continue... and no I’m not suicidal, and yes the donations will be used for security. Security for this video alone cost $3,600 so it is not cheap but necessary. Appreciate you all for watching and caring 🙌🏼
