🇺🇸 A 22-year-old U.S. Army soldier named Jakob Marcoulier was arrested after planning to do a mass shooting in a synagogue and take the life of "every single Jew" inside. According to federal prosecutors, Marcoulier posted voice messages and rants on the Discord messaging platform, stating that his "goal in life" was to “walk Into a synagogue with my AK” and "k*ll every single Jew" inside. In his recorded messages, he detailed plans to use an AK assault rifle with 75-round drum magazines and body armor once he returned from an upcoming overseas deployment. Court documents suggest the threats were motivated by white supremacist and antisemitic ideologies, with Marcoulier allegedly claiming the act was necessary to ensure the "white youth is secured". He has been charged with transmitting a threat in interstate commerce. If convicted, Marcoulier faces a maximum of five years in federal prison and a $250,000 fine.

I have to say, it’s objectively surreal: one year after the media, Liberals, NDP, and left-wing advocacy groups tried to destroy my political candidacy over a four-year-old tweet saying Canada isn’t a genocide state, BC Conservative leadership candidates are now tripping over themselves to say the exact same thing - and no one bats an eye. It goes to show just how quickly things can change in culture and politics. History tells us there is never a wrong time to tell the truth. The truth always prevails and it is up to all of us in public life to have the political courage to speak that truth at the exact moments when it is most difficult to do so.
The fact that Americans can just not send their kids to school and call it that “homeschooling” is crazy to me.
