@TheGuySwann A smart TV that's not itself connected to internet probably might end up being close to a dumb TV. That's how I personally use them.

I cannot confirm this to be true or not, but I hate smart TVs either way. I want a dumb, high definition screen and an Apple TV hard lined to the internet, wifi off. It's getting harder and harder to find a dumb, high quality screen these days. I'm about to start buying massive, over priced computer monitors for all my rooms.
