I don't understand why the @AmazonUK driver simply can't be tracked down. If they supposedly delivered it to No.55 when my flat only goes up to 44, they are at fault. £2500 laptop robbed and I'm getting no support. I've never felt this depressed

#amazonfresh your employee tells me that my fresh order was delivered to the wrong address and the driver will NOT go back out there but I am free to get it myself. However, Amazon will not share the address where it was wrongly delivered. Are you just playing with people now?

@AmazonUK yes the rep wasn't happy with just a crime ref number. At the police station, I was told I have to apply for a physical report by completing a right of access form and it will take at least 3 weeks to be issued to me if it does it is approved.
