โ€œIt should feel like youโ€™re using Ethereum.โ€ L2 DApps, use CCIF (Cross-Chain Intents Framework)โ€”an open-source solution for executing complex DeFi operations across chains with a single transaction. Users want simplicity, not multi-step transactions. Offer them a seamless, single-transaction experience, regardless of the chain. If they need to interact with multiple UIs or dApps, youโ€™ve likely lost many of them along the way. With near-instant L2 bridging and wallets like Rabby simplifying the process, itโ€™s time to focus more on dApps' UX. CCIF handles everything, from simple swaps and deposits to complex sequences (swap-bridge-liquid stake-bridge-add liquidityโ€ฆ). Cross-chain or same-chain, your backend should do the work, not your users. By deploying a CCIF Adapterโ€”a smart contractโ€”you abstract all pre-transaction steps, with a primary focus on Bridge Abstraction, setting your dApp on the path to Chain Abstraction. The Adapters are highly customizable, using a plug-and-play approach, allowing them to communicate with each other to achieve the intended outcome. Iโ€™ll drop some live examples and resources in the replies.

Just to clarify, this feature came directly from your suggestion, and itโ€™s truly appreciated. Thanks for taking the time to share it and for the honest feedback. I agree, the tone could have been warmer, that's on me. I genuinely focused more on the technical side of things and tried to be helpful with the actual request, but missed the emotional or narrative side :) I was a bit surprised to see it interpreted as completely negative tho, especially since the team really appreciated the suggestion and got it live the same day. Couldโ€™ve used more Fileverse magic, but it was meant with good intent :) Glad you explained your side. It helps me improve. And yeah, a very useful feature actually. Thank you for helping make it happen!

I don't know, is it? I guess it is mainly the "wording" I imagine I'd see something like this from Fileverse: Jajajaja, this is something we've been working on for a long time and we have released a new version today with this feature! In case it was already in works and it is just a coincidence that I asked for it the day it got done:) Or jajajaja, this is great idea, it has been asked many times before, so the team included it right away! Thanks for suggestion! In case I influenced it being done But again, maybe I am just projecting. I simply wanted to use a medocre example of listening to feedback and reacting to it to highlight the good example how I belive it is done well:) I am glad the widget has a new useful feature:)

Router's first reply made me feel stupid for not finding it and this reply sounds like yeah, complete coincidence you asked for it and the next day it's there:) This is why I value for example @fileverse so much - celebrating community members who come up with bugs and features

Hey @routerprotocol @CryptoMan_Ram - I am curious - would it be possible to "hardcode" target/recipient address in your Nitro widget? We are currently using @squidrouter widget in donate.straighttraining.center They said they thought about this feature, but no immediate plans... It would be great if we could lock target token (that seems possible with Nitro - cool!) and recipient address as that would make the flow for cross-chain donations a bit simpler. WDYT?

New config option: lock the recipient address on the Nitro widget
Router Intern ๐Ÿ’ข@Router_Intern

Hey Thatโ€™s now possible using Nitro. You can lock both the target token and the recipient address directly in the widget config to simplify donation flows. Youโ€™ll find everything you need here: routernitro.com/widget Let us know if you need help configuring it or have any questions. This was a useful request :)!

Weโ€™ve been teasing it all week, but this post is worth it. Youโ€™ve heard us talk about bigger trades, better infrastructure, and Routerโ€™s new app. Now itโ€™s time to give you a peek into whatโ€™s coming and what truly sets it apart. Two screenshots. Same swap: 1,000 ETH from Base to Ethereum. The first is from a well-known aggregator. The second is Routerโ€™s upcoming app. On the surface, sure. The numbers speak:โ€จ -ย  Router: 999.83 ETHโ€จ - Aggregator: 999.73 ETHโ€จSure, the savings on 1,000 ETH is ~$346. Now multiply that by a thousand institutions, across thousands of trades, every day. But thatโ€™s not even the main story. Itโ€™s whatโ€™s under the hood: โ€ขItโ€™s the ability to quote and handle size like this without flinching. Most systems break or throttle. Ours doesnโ€™t. โ€ขProgrammable execution paths for full control over liquidity and bridging logic. โ€ขAn open architecture that lets protocols plug in and get aggregated โ€” no permissions, no gatekeeping.โ€จ Thatโ€™s what weโ€™ve built. The Router app will go live soon. Itโ€™ll be a new standard for how capital moves across chains. Hang tight, legends ๐Ÿซก

Regardless of PA or market sentiment, you can count on the @routerprotocol to keep building hard and innovating on their products. If we want to onboard institutions on-chain, then the capital efficiency in bridging significant amounts needs to improve a lot. And this is a massive step in that direction. $ROUTE
