Halo was never, and has never been a top 5 fps. console boys that never played a pc game were obsessed with it. I had been playing counterstrike for years, when i got to college people were obsessed with halo and playing 4 on 4 on a LAN. I couldn't figure out the big deal.

No franchise marketed better than @Halo. It’s insane how they were the best FPS by far, one of the best games franchises overall, & nailed the marketing. Just top to bottom incredible work from all involved back then. “Spartans never die. They’re just missing in action.” 🤔

I played in neighborhoods like this as a kid. We didn't have parks or playgrounds everywhere. But we played football across several houses front lawns. Played baseball in the empty lot next door. Roller bladed, rode bikes etc.

No moron,it's an admission that the state has purposefully made teaching so fucked up that no one wants to do it. And of course parents want to know what to do with their kids because morons like you expect them to work 5 or 6 days a week for 10 hour days.

School districts around Texas are adopting four-day calendars for next year. This is tacit admission there is a lot of wasted time. Predictably, there are cries of “but what we do we do with our kids on Fridays?” An admission many parents view public-ed as a babysitting service.
