I think they heard the door closing from letting the dogs in and thought it was a shot. Thats why the LT sounded so panicked about knowing that he shot first. I dont know the man's record. I didnt see anyone trying to talk him out if the home peacefully. I dont understand why a bunch of audio is missing from his point of view. If the man is a sex offender then justice served.

First part is bodycam footage from Houston, TX police officers (one with a SOLGW rifle & EOTech🤌🏽) attempting to serve a warrant on Kojuan Miles who had been convicted of multiple sex crimes starting in 2014.
Kojuan is eventually killed by a police sniper saving taxpayers millions of dollars 🎯
Second part was filmed by Kojuan himself showing how he was in possession of at least 3 firearms despite him being a prohibited person as he's a convicted felon. After he stops filming he walked to the doorway and opened fired on officers standing behind an armored vehicle.
Kojuan also had multiple videos up on his social media that appear to show him inside an ambulance rambling about how he is Jesus. Seriously. I watched it so you don't have to 🤨

I’ve never seen such a disconnect between the commentary on this site and what I hear in the real world. I’ve talked to dozens of normal conservatives in real life about the Iran War and I haven’t met a single one who’s actually enthusiastically in favor of it. At best they’re warily optimistic. In most cases they’re opposed. In some cases they’re not only opposed but deeply furious. And yet here if you utter a word of criticism about the war you’ll be shouted down by throngs of alleged American conservatives who allegedly have wanted nothing more than for America to go to war with Iran. It just doesn’t reflect what I see on the ground. That’s not just cope because my position is unpopular with “my side.” I’ve held plenty of unpopular positions. I really don’t care. But in this case the social media vs real world divide is stark and unlike anything I’ve seen before.

I share about 100 yards of drive way with my ~70yr old neighbors.
For some reason he’s obsessed with knocking down the center grass in the middle of the tire ruts and covering it with gravel. He talks about it all the time, probably 30% of all conversations I have with him are about this. He’s asking if I want to pitch in for more gravel, etc.
When I put my parents in a guest house behind the barn, my dad started talking about it too. He got some roundup and sprayed his section of road.
Am I missing something here? I see no problem with it. It looks fine. It occupies 0% of my mind. I’m prepared to spend 0 dollars to remedy this “problem”

On what planet would a home cost over 700k at that size to build? I know inflation has driven prices up some, but lumber price is down from when I bought the house! You say my total insurance is something like 11k a year or more. Im so stressed I dont even remember. Then you say you are giving me 4k in discounts. Ive gone and received quotes from other insurance agencies. Liberty mutual has assessed us at 4k a year. Even awful state farm has only assessed us at 6k a year.
