@StubHub have you figured out why your app won't load? I have a Samsung Galaxy S22 and woke up one day to it not launching. Just get the logo screen and nothing happens. Your customer support is dumbfounded.

@WyattFlores10 @FirstAvenue So weird. My 4 paid tickets were canceled. Called AXS, no help. Chatted with AXS, they said the promoter canceled the show. Now there are no tickets available to purchase. Sad panda.

@Hopdragon @Verizon I went through the same thing with them on a switch to T-Mobile. Spent HOURS talking to different people. Escalated it way up. Ended up giving up. Time was more valuable than the cost of buying a different phone.

Hey @Verizon after a month of trying to get his phone unlocked why are you holding my brother's phone hostage. Mint says you are, Samsung says you are, the Euro hacker phone unlock company we paid for says you are. What gives?

I have been told multiple times that it would be taken care of. Told multiple times that someone would call me. Neither happened. Sat on hold for hours. Several times a new random person would answer.
