@KirstieMAllsopp @bphillipsonMP The government needs to invest more in further education colleges where you have staff who have worked in industry as well as being trained teachers and assessors. Unfortunately successive governments do not seem to value this type of education #FE @ucu #vocationaleducation

@bphillipsonMP Who is going to teach these skills? I know you believe anyone going into a school must be a teacher trained there’s no place in education for experts. I, for example, could not explain the process of buying a house under proposed legislation, how will it work with brickies?

@farmfriendlincs Granger market 10 mins walk from bus station and quayside down past the train station 15/20 mins depending on how good you are with hills (think steep hill Lincoln) are good places to start.

I'm going into Newcastle tomorrow to visit what is a mostly unexplored city to me . Starting at Haymarket bus station any suggestions of what to look out for? I plan to get gloriously lost.
