Personally I think there is a decent chance $SPCX opens at $300+ making it a $5T+ company. Whole sector will likely rerate higher.
$SPCE looks very cheap at $600M MC with a stacked roadmap.

The Stock Market DATs are toxic.
MicroStrategy worked for years because there was no competition from other treasury companies.
Once there is competition, they have fiduciary responsibilities to shareholders. Due to that, whoever sells first wins.
$MSTR and other DATs are all dumping on each other which is reflexive. The DATs that sell first win because it crashes their competitors NAV and then the Equity Value of Shares is destroyed with it.
We are in an environment where there is no new capital flowing in and these companies need to sell in order to survive. All of the fresh capital and debt has been leveraged already.
The Strongest DATs who manage to create cash flows organically will survive, others will continue to head towards zero.
Once the failed DAT headlines slow and the remaining companies have stable business models, thatโs when crypto will bottom.

Itโs a game of dominos. Even if it isnโt regulation that makes them unwind, it doesnโt matter the cause. All it takes is one large DAT to start selling their treasury for shares and then they are all screwed. What happened to the 50+ OHM forks that launched last cycle that traded below NAV? 99% unwinded themselves or were forced to after being handed lawsuits from investors. This wonโt end differently. Itโs the 10-25% of toxic DATs that are frauds and unwind to enrich themselves. There isnโt liquidity for it and liquidity is king. Iโm not saying that the Top 5 DATs are bad and going to unwind. They have some legit business cases.

Treasury Companies are the reason for cryptos underperformance this year.
Bitcoin was $120k+ when I started sounding the alarm to take profits on the sector.
The majority of crypto will continue to be cooked until these treasury companies are stabilized or completely unwound.

Whatโs the opposite of capitulation? Itโs these treasury companies having fomo and force buying your bagsโฆ Donโt let them fool you, most of these will be forced to eventually unwind. The issue is these companies have higher inflation rates and hidden dilution that far outpace USD inflation. Going way higher is a possibility but itโs impossible to keep up this pace on high time frames. Be smart.

Airdrops as we know them are over.
Giving tokens away to build a holder base has mostly created sellers. Across the largest airdrops, between 78% and 94% of recipient wallets had sold off most of their allocation by day 90.
People cite Hyperliquid and Jito as proof airdrops can work, but neither succeeded because of the airdrop. Hyperliquid had over $1B in revenue funding buybacks that soaked up the selling from recipients. Jitoโs eligible cohort was small enough to avoid industrial farming.
Token economics are starting to require real protocol performance. MegaETH locked 53% of its supply behind performance targets. Pendle routes roughly 80% of revenue into buybacks for stakers.
Token distribution is moving from handouts to performance.

If they keep buying more $EBAY exposure $GME shares can fall way below cash value on dilution fears.
If they are buying back shares are $10-15 then the buybacks increase the likelihood of an $EBAY purchase, not hinder it.
The convertible note hedging at $21 also matters. Below $21 market makers will be forced to sell $GME shares into the selling pressure.
They could repurchase 40% of all shares if $GME collapses to $10, their cash value per share would skyrocket, and then the $EBAY deal becomes attractive.
I built a whole thread on this two weeks ago and itโs in my drafts. This announcement just confirms the thoughts I already had.

@SmallCapScience If the warrants were exercised, they would be basically reissuing the stock they had just repurchased albeit at up to a 33% higher price. There isnโt a world in which they are bought buying $ebay AND doing a share repurchase soon enough to trigger the warrants. $gme

Been waiting for this from $GME.
This in my opinion confirms that GameStop Warrants will close ITM. $GME.WS
$2B repurchase program is enough to push $GME shares above $32 and exercise warrants which would raise $1.9B for GameStop.
They will likely keep degen buying $EBAY and letting shorts pile in on both $GME shares and warrants.
If price goes to $10-15 dollars then $GME uses this $2B to buyback shares below their cash value.
They later sell those same shares they just bought back for $32 by forcing warrants to exercise.
Cash value per share will skyrocket the $GME price floor without dilution. If played correctly then $EBAY & $GME deal will eventually look too attractive for $EBAY to pass up.
