NASA has awarded Intuitive Machines a $180.4 million dollar contract to deliver seven payloads to the Lunar #SouthPole region. 🌕 This marks our fifth CLPS task order and the first to require a larger cargo class Nova-D lunar lander. Among the payloads are a lunar rover from the @AusSpaceAgency and @blueorigin's Honeybee Robotics. We look forward to working with NASA to deliver mission success on IM-5. Our nuclear-powered spacecraft, SR-1 Freedom, will deliver the Skyfall payload of Ingenuity-class helicopters to Mars. We will never give up an opportunity to go to Mars.

Falcon 1, flight one. 20 years ago today. Can you believe it? It looks like a beautiful flight until you look a little closer and see that the engine is on fire. Very short flight less than a minute up and back down to crash on the reef. We learned a lot that day.

My rendition of Jupiter in true colour on March 21st, jointly captured by myself and Damian Peach. This is a single OSC stack - one that was far better than the rest of the dataset. Europa is seen at right with subtle surface features. 24" Dob, Uranus-C at 8750mm f/14.6.
