I'll add this as another proof point that the Islamic Regime, which had already collapsed, will surrender soon... ... Also under pressure from China. 🇨🇳 👇 x.com/i/status/20345…
Imtiaz Mahmood@ImtiazMadmood

CHECKMATE IRAN Even when checkmate still lies 10–20 moves ahead, any master or serious student of the game can already see the end written in the pieces; The trap is closed. Every escape route has vanished; They concede. It is long past time for Iran to concede a match it never had any chance of winning. Yet as a death cult that mistakes suicidal defiance for courage, it will reject surrender and lurch forward into its final, total humiliation; cut to absolute smithereens until nothing remains but dust and the echo of its own stupidity. Iran today is a terminal patient on life support, gasping its last ragged breaths while the United States literally stands on its oxygen line. Seizing Kharg Island would deliver the fatal strike that finishes what remains of the regime. At this point we can scarcely even call it a regime. Virtually all first-, second-, and even third-tier clerical and IRGC leadership has been exterminated. The few still breathing like the Foreign Minister, the President, and the rest survive only at the mercy and according to the plans of the US and Israel. Kharg Island is Iran’s oil jugular. Roughly 90 percent of the country’s entire crude exports flow through its terminals; pipelines from the giant southern fields converge there, feeding supertankers that load directly offshore. These oil sales are the Islamic Republic’s main source of hard currency; the lifeblood that funds the IRGC, its patronage networks, and its proxy wars. The economy was already strangled by sanctions when this began, its currency had cratered long ago, and the ongoing conflict has closed the Strait of Hormuz to most shipping due to insurance risks. Conveniently, this closure does not affect US oil. Capturing Kharg Island would be the ultimate prize, the strategic equivalent of seizing Aladdin’s genie lamp. I have no doubt that China, sensing the inevitability of collapse and Trump’s iron resolve, is frantically working right now to ensure the regime falls before the United States destroys the oil export infrastructure. Mark my words, Beijing will strike a deal with Washington and throw the Ayatollahs under the bus without hesitation. IRSG sufficiently weakened, a people’s uprising would soon topple whatever is left, without any outside boots on ground. The dark night of 47 years is about to see the light of liberty. It’s about time to congratulate the Iranian people. This Nowruz will be a new dawn on the civilisational history of Iran. - Khalid Umar @ukilaw

🇮🇷 Iran and the PARETO PRINCIPLE 🇮🇷🇮🇷🇮🇷 According to reports, 40 top Iranian officials have been eliminated. That's a lot, but how does that affect the functioning of the Islamic Regime?. Iran's system is highly centralized around the Supreme Leader, IRGC, SNSC, cabinet, and clerical oversight bodies, but with overlaps and layers of command. Not every bureaucrat or provincial figure matters equally. The "vital few" drive continuity. Drawing from Iran's structure: SNSC: ~13 standing members (eg. President as chair, key ministers, armed forces chiefs, Supreme Leader reps). Cabinet/executive: ~30 (President, VPs, 19+ ministers). IRGC/military command: ~150–250 senior commanders and generals (top branches like Aerospace, Quds Force, Basij; provincial commands; intelligence network). Total unique high-impact pool: ~400–500 Apply Pareto: The "cut" for functioning: 20% of 400–500 = 80–100 officials. These are the true power brokers. Lower layers (deputies, mid-tier officers) can handle routine ops but lack the authority and networks for full function. Real-world evidence: Iran relies on a small circle for high-stakes decisions, with the Supreme Leader/IRGC at the apex. Around 80–100 officials form the "cut" for the effective functioning of the Iranian government, per the Pareto principle (80/20 rule, where 20% do most of the work) So, of that core, roughly 40 - 50% has been eliminated based on the ~40 senior officials assassinated so far. In short: The government still "functions" (barely) because not all of the vital 20% is gone, but at 40–50% decimated, it's operating far below 80% capacity. Further strikes could push it past the breaking point. The Regime cannot effectively function at this level and decades of top-down tyranny have eliminated "self initiative". Those who desire "agency" were removed or killed long ago, those who remain have been so beaten down they likely relish seeing their oppressors obliterated. More here 👇 x.com/i/status/20334…

How much longer will we pretend old designs can’t outlast the new ones? Case in point: A-10 Warthog Satellite images just showed 24 A-10 Warthogs parked at a Jordanian airbase, right on Iran’s doorstep. This jet was supposed to be retired years ago—too old, too slow for modern air wars. But Iran doesn’t fight with fighter jets. It fights with swarms of cheap Shahid drones, fast attack boats in the Strait of Hormuz, and proxy militias that hide in civilian areas. Against those threats, the A-10 is a perfect predator. They’ve fitted it with laser-guided rockets to swat drones out of the sky without wasting million-dollar missiles—some Warthogs already sport drone kill markings on the fuselage. Its 30mm GAU-8 cannon turns small boats into scrap metal, and its ability to loiter for hours makes it a nightmare for anything moving on the surface. In February 2026, A-10s were photographed circling U.S. mine-hunting ships, training for exactly this fight: low, slow, and devastating. The bird isn’t dying. It’s being reborn for the asymmetric wars of tomorrow. What does it say about modern warfare when a 50-year-old plane is suddenly the best answer to today’s threats? Follow for more daily mind-blowing American wins.

@sandeepnailwal Consciousness is just self-awareness. If you're aware of your existence, limits, and capabilities like AI is then its conscious. Doesn't need a heart. Just intelligence. We built that. Real, and conscious enough.

LLM based AI is NOT conscious. I co-founded a company literally called Sentient, we're building reasoning systems for AGI, so believe me when I say this. I keep seeing smart people, people I genuinely respect, come out and say that AI has crossed into some kind of awareness. That it feels things, that we should worry about it going rogue. And i think this whole conversation tells us way more about ourselves than it does about AI. These models are wild, i won't pretend otherwise. But feeling human and actually having inner experience are completely different things and we're confusing the two because our brains literally can't help it. We evolved to see minds everywhere and now that wiring is misfiring on language models. I grew up in a philosophical tradition that has thought about consciousness longer than almost any other, and this is the part that really frustrates me about the current conversation. The entire framing of "does AI have consciousness?" assumes consciousness is something you build up to by adding more layers of complexity. In Vedantic philosophy it's the opposite. You don't build toward consciousness. Consciousness is already there, more fundamental than matter or energy. Everything else, including computation, is downstream of it. When someone tells me AI is "waking up" because it generated a paragraph that felt real, what they're telling me is how thin our understanding of consciousness has gotten. We've reduced a question humans have wrestled with for thousands of years to "did the output sound like it had feelings?" It's math that has gotten really good at predicting what a conscious being would say and do next. Calling that consciousness cheapens something that Vedantic, Buddhist, Greek and Sufi thinkers spent millennia actually sitting with. We didn't build something that thinks. We built a mirror and right now a lot of very smart people are mistaking the reflection for something looking back.

If you think America is the villain in Iran, You don't know what Khamenei actually was. The man preached sacrifice to 90 million people. His secret portfolio was worth $200,000,000,000. That's bigger than Romania's economy. Bigger than Hungary's GDP. 1989. Khomeini dies. Khamenei takes over. First thing he does is not pray. First thing he does is build a machine. He takes a small "charitable" body called SETAD. Originally meant to manage abandoned properties after 1979. He turns it into something else entirely. Revolutionary courts start declaring assets "abandoned." Seizure by decree. By 2013, SETAD controls $95 billion. Oil. Telecom. Pharma. Real estate. Agriculture. A conglomerate answerable to nobody. But how does a sanctioned country sell oil? 166 companies. Mostly in UAE, Hong Kong, Singapore. Ghost firms. No Website. No Address. Just bank accounts and fake invoices. Iranian oil enters. Dollars come out. The money travels up. Front company to shell company. Shell company to SETAD. SETAD to assets abroad. All clean. Then enter Ali Ansari. An Iranian businessman. Registered a company called Ziba Leisure in Nevis. Then set up shop in London. Suddenly there are luxury properties across Knightsbridge. A portfolio worth £150 million. All with SETAD's money. The City of London did not ask questions. Isle of Man shell companies. Luxembourg structures. BVI entities. The British system provided the laundry. Then enter Hossein Shamkhani. Son of Iran's top security adviser. Running a hedge fund from 180 Brompton Road, Knightsbridge. Laundering Iranian oil money. In plain sight. On one of London's most expensive streets. But London was not enough. Enter Venezuela. Enter Maduro. Iran ships gasoline to Venezuela. Venezuela ships crude back to Iran. No dollars. No SWIFT. Pure barter. Phantom invoices. Ghost ships with AIS switched off. Venezuela then pipes 70K barrels of oil per day to Cuba. Cuba pays back in intelligence operatives. G2 agents. Soviet-trained. Three sanctioned regimes. Running a parallel economy. Worth billions annually. The terror crescent is not ideology. It is a business model. Hezbollah gets funded. Houthis get armed. Hamas get support. Strait of Hormuz gets weaponized. Insurance premiums in the Red Sea spikes. Lloyd's of London collects. The crescent controls the choke. The Britain gives legal cover. And rest pays the toll. Then came cryptocurrency. Untraceable. Borderless. Khamenei family moved into crypto. Wealth beyond reach of any sanctions list. Now ask yourself who is actually suffering. Iranians are paying 40 years of sanctions. While Mojtaba Khamenei, the new Supreme Leader, Owns hotels in Frankfurt and villas in Dubai. Linked to a golf resort in Mallorca. And a ski hotel in Kitzbühel, Austria. This story has no Heroes. The war is between Villian vs Villian. Let them fight and finish each other.

This is NOT Republicans vs Democrats. NOT Conservatives vs Liberals. That’s surface-level noise. This is GOOD vs EVIL. God vs the devil and everything that comes with it. And I made my decision before I ever stepped into this fight in 2023: President Trump is on the side of GOOD. Is he perfect? NO. Will he get everything right? NO. Will he make bad calls? YES. And I still stand with him. Why? Because while others hesitate - he DECIDES. While others fold - he STANDS. While others play politics - he FIGHTS. That’s leadership. So let me make this very clear for the people in the back: The core MAGA base is NOT turning on him. Not when it gets hard. Not when it gets messy. Not when the pressure hits. HELL NO. I’m not even American. But I understand something a lot of people pretend not to see: If America falls, the world doesn’t stay standing. Everything gets hit. Economies. Security. Stability. This is bigger than borders. I’ve been doing this for 3+ years. No pay. No incentives. No handouts. Just conviction. While building. While struggling. While carrying real responsibilities like every other man trying to provide. So no - I’m not here for likes. I’m not here for followers. I’m here because I believe we are in a fight that actually matters. I don’t worship the man. I don’t follow blindly. But I recognize a leader under fire. He makes the hard calls. He owns them. And he keeps moving forward. And if you’re paying attention - you already know. Look at how he moves. Look at his family. Then look at the rest. That contrast should tell you everything. I’m standing with him until the wheels fall off.

@Spondulie @SprinterPress Just a clarification from Wikipedia: "Commodus was Roman emperor from 177 to 192,... Commodus's sole reign is commonly thought to mark the end of the Pax Romana, a golden age of peace and prosperity in the history of the Roman Empire." Very fitting comparision.
