@WFAN660 @EvanandTikiWFAN @ShaunMorash This segment is tired and literally no one cares. Time to retire it. And Evan, you never reached out like you said you would regarding Jets tix in 314. Disappointing all the way around.

@nyjetshistory @SSN_Nova I LOVE you for your Jets content, keep it going it’s awesome. But your basketball takes are so tired. Just for once sit back and eat it. Not every comment that is negative towards ACC / NC needs to be defended. Deal with it. Go JETS!!

@SSN_Nova The Big East stinks, having the best team doesn't change that either it was Villanova in the late 2010s or Connecticut now

Look, we dislike UConn and they dislike us back…but the Big East has been disrespected the last couple of years and it’s good to see the conference in the final 4, and we hope that the momentum continues with getting 5+ teams back in the tournament, like this conference deserves

@19consecutive Potvin was so awesome it’s hard to describe. And Schaefer “may” be better. Let’s let this kid grow at his own pace and the results will speak for themselves! Let’s Go ISLANDERS!!

Denis Potvin, Hall of Famer and 4x Stanley Cup champion, put up 54 points as a rookie defenseman in 1973-74 and is considered one of the foundational cornerstones of the greatest American sports dynasty of all time. Matthew Schaefer passing that mark more than 50 years later is incredibly significant because it was a benchmark set by one of the most important players the organization has ever had. For the diehards, there is real symbolic weight with Schaefer passing this milestone. Potvin represents the #Isles original standard for greatness, something the team has been searching for ever since his departure. Passing Potvin says Schaefer has moved beyond just having elite rookie season production and elevated himself into a tier that forces direct comparisons to one of the greatest defenseman of all time. One that changed the fate of a franchise, so many years ago. And as we know, time has a funny way of repeating itself. Before you scroll on, Let me leave you with one more thought to help you digest all of this. Denis Potvin was 20-years-old in his rookie season. Schaefer won’t turn 20 until the 2027-28 season. Truly extraordinary what we’re witnessing.

@Gavin2Hell He’s got massive upside. Throws a great ball, Is a processor, has mobility, son of a college head coach, a bible thumper loved by his teammates. I’m tempted at 16, but understand if they don’t. If he’s there at 33 it’s an absolute no brainer to take him.

@GratefulDead @shapsio I loved these 2 shows in Hamilton. Friendliest people in that city. Everyone wanted to draw me a map when I asked for directions. (Those were the days) Crowd clapped along in spots I’d never heard clapping before. Only thing missing on 3-22 was Coms a Time. A+

“There are bad Grateful Dead shows. There are good Grateful Dead shows. There are certainly plenty of great Grateful Dead shows. And then there are shows like 3/22/90." — Dave Goodwich, Glide Magazine Fans packed Copps Coliseum in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada for two nights in March, culminating on this day in 1990. The band played roughly 23 times up in the Great White North, with their last four appearances occurring at this venue. This show proved to be a knockout from start to finish, highlighted by a standout "Scarlet Begonias > Fire on the Mountain" to open the second set, and a farewell encore of Dylan's "It's All Over Now, Baby Blue. @sherwudforest @GeneWexler The TTE in the misty / foggy night was amazing. I realize many don’t care for the song, but on that night at JB it hit me in the best possible way. A very fun show imo!

@91Butch Thank you Butchie and thank you to all the men sitting at that table. You guys were not just the greatest dynasty in NHL history (wake me when a club gets to 10 straight series wins) you were the very definition of a “team”. The sum of the parts! The very BEST ever!!
