The money doesn’t lie. The evidence shows the charity who supposedly fought the Klan - FUNDED the Klan. The charity who supposedly fought Neo-nazis - FUNDED Neo-nazis. The SPLC engaged in a massive fraud operation to deceive their donors, funded the very hate groups they claim to oppose, and then hid their operations from the public through shell companies and fake entities. Trump’s EPA has rolled back regulations governing clean air, water, wildlife, and toxic chemicals. He’s pushed to open public lands to drilling and mining. And he’s gutted clean energy programs while promoting dirty fossil fuels. He’s a danger to our planet and our health.

Charging the Southern Poverty Law Center with a federal crime for paying informants to help dismantle hate groups is an outrageous weaponization of the Dept of Justice and the FBI. As someone who has been a prosecutor and has taken on the Klan I can tell you that use of paid informants is a common tactic used to dismantle drug cartels, the mob and extremist groups on both the right and the left. It is clear that all civil rights organizations are in the cross hairs of this Administration and that folks, puts everyone at risk.
