@AmazonHelp Nope! You Guys are constantly giving me the same link. I have tried reaching out of that link 6 times! Spoke to 11 Customer Care agents by now. Everyone just keeps passing calls from one agent to another. And then they tell me we sent you the right item! @amazonIN
