I love history, so I wouldn’t understand why you would make a statement like that. I am also continuously learning new things, and I am never set in stone. The truth and what is good is what I will stand for, to the best of my knowledge, when confronted with any situation. There is nothing wrong with these verses, and I can relate to them. No, I would not agree that you should exclude people of color in a whole state or city, but I think individual companies, especially small or family-owned ones, should be free to hire the people they think are the best fit for their company. I mean, I would understand a black barber hiring only black people, or a nail salon hiring only little Asian ladies. But if we are talking about big companies or government jobs, where everybody is just a number, then yeah, I think everybody should be able to get fair treatment. And if there are laws needed to make that fair, I would support that.

@TomBlockBlend @GriftReport If you're hiring nothing but white people that is segregation there's no other way around. It means that someone is deliberately hiring only white people and you for some reason have no understanding of what that does. You either know or you don't. Bible will teach you at least

@TomBlockBlend @GriftReport That is the entire point. And right now there are people in the United States government that are trying to take those protections down. Right as we speak. And it goes beyond jobs, I'm talking voter suppression laws implemented heavily African American populations.

That’s fine. There are many cases where that is totally fine, and there are many cases where that is just not logical to do. In the end, it should be up to the owner of that company, in my opinion. It’s not something I would do though, and that should be clear, as I’ve explained my stance on it several times now.

I don’t really care, mate. There are plenty of places with only Chinese people, or only Latin people, or only Black people. I don’t see people fighting for White people there, and I have no problem with that. If people want to run DEI slop, then they are free to do that too. That’s the beauty of living in the Free Western World, people can do what they want here. In other places though… not so much.

That means that I don't want to see segregation because some other country like North Korea is doing I want to be treated the same

@TomBlockBlend @GriftReport What's wrong with it is that if you are deliberately making an entire business White it means you're not considered other ethnic groups. Which means your inspiring other businesses to do the same. Which is exactly what happened, Tom, l it influences segregation. Jesus.

I think we skipped way past that point, that’s my point. There are some fair uses for DEI and some things I can agree with when it comes to fairness and giving everybody a chance. But that is no longer the point of DEI in many cases. It’s just a political weapon now, used to shape the public, or at least they tried to, because clearly they failed pushing it that way.

It’s made by people who are for DEI and it’s a framework for how to run it, but there are many critics who would counter all of this. So it’s not evidence of cases where DEI is handled fairly at all, like I asked. You can make something sound nice, but if you can’t provide examples of it actually doing something positive, then it’s just a lot of bla bla, innit?

Mr. Heart is right. Sometimes the strongest strategy is patience. Let others rush, cut corners, and expose themselves to hacks and exploits. It's laid out clear as day for you lol On top of the fact people of color struggle at getting jobs to obtain jobs than white people

This is not evidence of cases where DEI is used fairly, though. Look, there are some things in DEI I can agree with, but for the most part it creates reverse discrimination and lowers standards in many cases, and I just won’t tolerate any of that funny business. Everybody should get a fair shot, and if they fit the team and are skilled enough, they should get the job. That's about it.

You don’t care, so it doesn’t matter to YOU. And that’s fine. But I think it’s a bad move. Because many people who have read the books would never come up with a black Snape, and everybody knows why they did it. Just to remove another white actor for imaginary people who want to see a black Snape so they feel welcome or something.
