The fact that the unhinged U.S. president is getting more unhinged is depressing. But Americans should still be grateful for the fact that you can say so without fear, and you need to fight to preserve that freedom, as I told @jaynordlinger.

@alon_mizrahi Most likely they're running out of interceptors and missiles due to China's rare earth exports control. Trump probably wants to make a deal with the Chinese when he visits China and therefore tries to secure a ceasefire.

Reminder: if the US believed it had an ace card that would allow it to defeat Iran militarily at a manageable cost, within a foreseeable future, they would not be hectically seeking a ceasefire

If a ceasefire were signed now, the Islamic Republic would need 100–150 years to rebuild (CONFIRMED)—under maximum sanctions, a collapsed economy, and zero foreign support, as expected. A Western-aligned Iranian government could rebuild in under 5 years—with sanctions lifted, SWIFT restored, banking normalized, and foreign investment flowing. 150 years vs 5 years.

Really frustrating how easily avoidable both the Iran and Ukraine War was. Prob the case for many other unnecessary wars but these two are especially a headache. Didn’t need to happen yet it did and now it’s causing an avalanche of problems that we never had to resolve.
