You are the most powerful computer in existence. To thrive, we must optimize our hardware and software. Success is 80% software and 20% hardware. Software = Beliefs, Goals, Habits, Systems, Mental Models, Skills, Emotions Hardware = Health What software are you operating on?

@CGInvesting10 @griftkiller8569 Did you post this just to get approval or are you looking for someone who is going to be honest with you?? If you’re not able to see that his comment has truth in it then keep thinking and acting the same way you always have been.

It’s no surprise you have ulcerative colitis and IBS. If you don’t have the discipline to stop snacking in the middle of the night, then you probably don’t have the discipline to stop eating the foods that have lead you to those conditions in the first place. 14-16 hour overnight fasts are beneficial as a remedy to IBS and UC and I don’t see why not eating a few hours before bed wouldn’t help. Asking why you would do this to yourself without even trying it first is crazy tbh.

I've been trying my damndest to get your motherf*ckers to stop eating hours before bed. A new study out confirms this is the right thing to do. >3hr pre-bed: . heart rate dropped by 5% . diastolic blood pressure dropped 3.5% . cortisol dropped . heart rate variability increased . improved blood glucose and insulin response Study details: 39 overweight or obese participants (aged 36-72 years) investigated "sleep-friendly intermittent fasting" by comparing two protocols: 1. Habitual fasting: A daily fasting window of 11-13 hours, with participants free to eat anytime before bedtime. 2. Extended overnight fasting: A 13-16 hour fasting window, with the last meal consumed at least three hours before sleep. Light was dimmed for both groups at least three hours before sleep. The extended fasting paradigm also demonstrated a 90% adherence rate, suggesting its potential effectiveness for improving cardiometabolic health and sleep in overweight and obese populations. While the three-hour pre-bed limit showed significant benefits in this trial, individuals who are already metabolically healthy may achieve further improvements and require a more stringent limit. To find your optimal window, start by consuming your latest meal three or four hours before bedtime, and then work backward in one- or two-hour increments. Track key metrics such as sleep quality, resting heart rate, heart rate variability, next-morning recovery and focus, and metabolic health/glucose control (ideally using a Continuous Glucose Monitor). For me, an eight-hour pre-bed fast works. My resting heart rate before bed has reached 38 bpm, placing it in the top 99.9th percentile.

@eurofounder @SimonTheNoob You’d have a great social credit score in an authoritarian one world government/AI controlled world. What a clown.

I witnessed a stabbing in Berlin city center today Police pulled me aside "Can you describe the attacker?" "Tall. Maybe 180cm. Black jacket." "What was his ethnicity?" "I'm sorry?" I asked, shocked at this racially motivated question "Was he white? Black? Arab?" "I don't see how that's relevant" I replied "You're right" the officer agreed, and closed his notebook "I hope you find whoever did this using non-discriminatory policing methods" I said Justice will come. But it must come without bias The quiet racism of law enforcement is never an answer

When Indiana finishes off Miami next week — and yes, that is gonna happen — what this dude did should go down as the greatest coaching job in the history of all sports. There’s nothing even close, honestly.

@Wa_zuup @Daydrinkus Doubt and certainty have two totally different meanings bud. When someone doubts something, that doesn’t mean they are completely leaving out the possibility. I didn’t think that was a hard concept to understand for you but I guess it was.

@TheBrandonRaley @Daydrinkus Because I didn’t honestly know. I can imagine that it is possibly to happen faster but I had not ever heard of it, so I just asked. You, on the other hand, immediately discounted it by saying you doubt it based on no knowledge whatsoever. LMFAO. 🤣

It's funny how even margarine used to be a health food originally made out of beef tallow and milk. Then they invented hydrogenation in 1900... You know what happened after.

@770locks @BleacherReport Just stop bro. If anything it's about not wanting him to be better than Lebron. It's the same shit they do to Curry. Literally no foul calls. Anyone that threatens Lebron they do that shi to. It's obvious. And he's not going to surpass Jordan man lmao that's hilarious.
