Grateful for God's goodness in an eventful journey the last few years. He has used Southwestern Seminary in many ways to equip and to shape me. Throughout, he has been—because he is—faithful. Shannon and I are excited to see where he is taking us.

@dandarling I am so sorry, Dan. Just prayed. May the God of all comfort provide His abundant grace to you and yours.

Please pray for our family. My mother has been suffering from dementia and is in her last days. Mom lead me to Christ and taught me how to read. I owe so much to her. She endured so many health issues and sacrificed much for us. I hate death but believe in Jesus’ promise of the resurrection.

Some exceedingly gracious folks offered incredibly kind comments this week. I am grateful. Yet, I recognize all of this is by God's free grace alone through the work of Jesus. As lyrics I have repeated many times in recent months say, "[My] sins they are many, His mercy is more."
